We process selected organic grains into milled grain products of consistent top quality with the highest level of organic safety. As a comprehensive partner for natural baking with organic raw materials, the production and processing chain and a holistic environmental and sustainability concept are at the heart of our business activities. This includes reliability and comprehensive ecological transparency from the field to the store counter. We are characterized by our active involvement in shaping organic farming and rely on a long-standing, trusting partnership with recognized organic farming associations in Bavaria and Germany.
Environmental protection is an integral part
Protecting the environment has been an integral part of our business for many years. We were the first mill in Europe to be certified in accordance with the EC Eco-Audit Regulation in 1996. The sustainable and environmentally friendly way of doing business is actively implemented under the aspects of innovation and economic success. The EMAS environmental declaration of our mill puts it in a nutshell:
