Our organic flours and organic products
In our organic mill, we only grind grain from controlled organic production. We produce organic flour with the highest quality consistency and guaranteed organic safety. The flour qualities are categorized according to organic certification.
For our Bio-Premium® flours, we only use grain from the Naturland, Bioland and Biokreis farming associations, grown by more than 600 Bavarian farmers. Our Bio-Select® flours comply with the EC Organic Basic Regulation 2018/848
We also offer processing-safe organic base mixes, organic baking ingredients and organic baking agents.
Individual organic flours
Individual flour blends are made possible by the intake separation silo. Using a customer or recipe number, all desired flour types are produced from the basic flours. The control processes are handled by a special computer system. In this way, we design professional blends and individual organic flours in consistent quality, according to customer specifications and with in-depth production advice from Meyermühle.
